NATURAL STRENGTH, DANCE &
MOVEMENT FLOW

"Dance is the hidden language of the soul." (Martha Graham)

For me, dance and movement is not the unwinding of techniques, the stringing together of show effects or the demonstration of the maximum flexibility of the body. No. For me, dance means moving naturally in a healthy body, feeling your body, your emotions and mindfully surrendering and letting go.

I just wish this feeling and awareness for you!

So, what are you waiting for?

Finally, one or two sentences about me:

I myself have done a lot of sport since childhood and would have described myself as an active person. But it was only during my training as a dance teacher that I noticed on my own body what it means to really have body awareness, to walk upright through life and to feel suppleness and emtions in my body and movements.

For me, dance and movement is not the unwinding of techniques, the stringing together of show effects or the demonstration of the maximum flexibility of the body. No. For me, dance means moving naturally in a healthy body, feeling your body and emotions and mindfully surrendering and letting go.

My own dance style develops daily and has been shaped by the Martha Graham Technique, Gaga Technique and Immo Buhl Technique. But in the end it's just my dance. Honest, authentic and with emotions.
